Refund policy

 

We want you to love your purchases and we strive to make sure that you do. However, if you're unhappy with your items, please read our policy below to initiate the return process. 

15-Day Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of full-priced unwashed, saleable items, or defective items within 15 days of receipt of delivery. Clothing items must also have original tags attached to be eligible for return. Returns postmarked after 15 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. 

To start a return, please contact us at CustomerService@FlyingSheepCountry.com and we will send you instructions on where to mail your package. Please include your original invoice with your return and note the reason you are retuning the product. Flying Sheep Country LLC is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are a small business and we do not offer free shipping on returns. We may provide a pre-paid shipping label and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Some companies raise their prices to cover these costs, we have chosen not to.  

Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method minus all shipping costs. If you received free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost paid by Flying Sheep Country LLC will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of originally shipping the item(s) to you. 

Laundered or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. After inspecting the item, if we find that the product has been used or laundered, we will not issue a refund and return the goods to you. We simply cannot restock a used item.

Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions, please chat with our Customer Experience team before placing your order.

All Special Sales, including End of Summer Sale, Labor Day Sale, Black Friday Sale, The After Christmas Sale, The January Sale, President's Day Sale, Memorial Day Sale and 4th of July Sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Promotion prices cannot be applied to previous orders.

We do not offer price adjustments. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.    

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds & Cancelations
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt and the refund should post to your original payment method method within 72 hours of completion. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method minus the original shipping cost. If you received free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost paid by Flying Sheep Country LLC will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of originally shipping the item(s) to you. 

Order cancelations are accepted before shipping only. 

If You're Returning Item(s) Sent To You as a Gift
The 15 day return policy still applies from the original order date. Refunds will be processed to a Flying Sheep Country Gift card and emailed to you. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be processed to the Flying Sheep Country Gift Card minus the original shipping cost. If the order for your gift received free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost paid by Flying Sheep Country LLC will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of originally shipping the item(s) to you.
